What we do

Lost money to a broker collapse, a crypto-exchange insolvency or a fraudulent investment platform? These are the cases we handle every day — from the first conversation to the claim for the return of your funds.

How we work

Our process

Four straightforward steps — from the first call to a resolved case, with no needless bureaucracy in between.

You describe the situation

Thirty minutes, free of charge — and a clear answer straight away about what your real options are.

We review the case

Within 48 hours you'll receive an initial expert assessment.

You get a strategy

With a written estimate itemising charges, expenses and fee separately, and a realistic timeframe — before any work begins.

We represent you

Out of court, through our network of correspondents and blockchain wallet analysis, or before the courts. Where the dispute arises from a banking or financial contract, mediation must be attempted before proceedings are issued (art. 5, Legislative Decree 28/2010).

FAQ

The questions we're asked most

Nothing. The first 30 minutes are free — enough time to give you a realistic assessment of your situation and your chances.

Usually within 12 hours on working days — sooner in urgent matters.

Yes. Our practice extends to clients across Europe: we correspond with CONSOB and foreign supervisory authorities — CySEC, the FCA, BaFin — regardless of where the client is based, and we bring claims before the Italian courts against foreign intermediaries in so far as European consumer-protection law allows. Where a case has to be brought before the courts of another country, we coordinate with trusted local counsel.

The fee is agreed in writing before any work begins: fees are freely negotiated under Italian law (art. 13(2)-(3), Law 247/2012) and the written estimate itemises charges, expenses and fee separately. On top of the base fee, a palmario may be agreed: an additional amount equal to 10% of the value of the matter, fixed when the engagement is signed and payable only if the outcome is favourable. The amount is therefore known from the outset and does not vary with how much is actually recovered — agreeing a percentage of the value of the matter is expressly permitted (art. 13(3)), whereas agreeing a fee consisting of a share of what is recovered is prohibited (art. 13(4)). State-funded legal aid is also available. Full details are on our fees page.

We follow a clear, transparent complaints procedure — every complaint is answered personally and within set deadlines. You can read more here: our complaints procedure.
