No handing you off to a colleague halfway through — you always deal with the person who is genuinely running your case.
Three areas in which we advise in depth, not at surface level.
We deliberately do not try to cover the entire legal field. Instead, we concentrate on cases involving victims of broker collapses, crypto-exchange insolvencies and fraudulent investment platforms — and in each of them we run the matter personally, from the first consultation to the final result, without passing it to anyone else.
Broker collapse, compensation funds, reports to the supervisory authorities, court action to recover the money.
Exchange insolvency, court-ordered freezing of assets, DeFi exploits, crypto lenders.
Fake platforms run through call centres, insolvency of the fraudulent directors, criminal confiscation.
Your first conversation with us lasts 30 minutes, and it is always free. Everything that follows is laid out for you in advance: what we do at each step and what it costs — in writing, before we begin.
When the engagement is signed you receive a written estimate setting out separately the charges, the expenses and the professional fee: you know the foreseeable cost before we begin, instead of having to derive it from a scale of charges.
By written agreement, a palmario of 10% of the value of the matter may be added to the base fee, fixed when the engagement is signed and payable only if the outcome is favourable: the amount is known from the outset and does not vary with how much is actually recovered. For large, unusual or time-intensive matters, the base fee is a fixed sum or an hourly rate — in writing, up front: the figure you see at the start is the one you see at the end.
In Italy this is available to those whose income does not exceed certain limits; similar mechanisms exist in the other EU countries where we handle cases. We will check free of charge whether your income, your assets and the grounds of your case allow you to qualify, and we will assist you with the application.
30 minutes: you tell us what happened, and you get a clear answer straight away — what your realistic options are.
We study the documents and facts of your case and, on that basis, set out a plan of action and the exact cost — in writing, before any work begins.
Negotiation, correspondence or litigation — depending on the case. We see it through to the end.
I want every client to feel that we are on the same side — you know the cost in advance, and we have every interest in achieving the best possible result for you.

Clients return to us not for promises but for consistency — and that is precisely why they recommend us to others.
Yes. The first 30 minutes are always free. You receive a realistic assessment of your situation, and only then decide whether to entrust the matter to us.
Before any work begins — we always agree the fee in writing, in the engagement contract rather than verbally, so the amount is fixed and clear to you.
When the engagement is signed we hand you a written estimate that sets out separately the charges, the expenses and the professional fee, as art. 13(5), Law 247/2012 requires. That way you know the foreseeable cost before we start work, instead of having to reconstruct it from a scale of charges.
In more complex or long-running matters we offer a fixed sum or an hourly rate and agree a convenient payment schedule together with you — it is worth raising this straight away during the first consultation.
It is a fee additional to the base fee, equal to 10% of the value of the matter. It is fixed in writing when the engagement is signed and is payable only if the outcome is favourable. Because it is calculated on the value of the matter rather than on what is eventually collected, the amount is known from the outset and does not change with the result: agreeing a percentage of the value of the matter is permitted by art. 13(3), Law 247/2012, whereas agreeing a fee consisting of a share of what is recovered is prohibited by art. 13(4) of the same article.
We will check free of charge whether you qualify for legal aid at the State's expense, which in Italy is available to those whose income does not exceed certain limits; similar mechanisms exist in the other EU countries where we handle cases. We will explain this option to you at the very first consultation.
