“The DEX protocol was hacked, the DAO voted to return only part of the funds to the victims... Don't believe that a community vote replaces a court. We filed the claim with Carrara e Associati.”
DEX: protocol exploit and recovery of funds“A summary of the facts, for anyone after figures rather than feelings. Platform: CoinVest. Date of the asset freeze: 12/11/2024. Account balance: 69,000.50 euros. Offers to buy the tokens back at a discount were circulating on the secondary market; I chose the collective claim in Frankfurt through you instead. Steps: 1) registration in the creditor pool; 2) filing of claims; 3) settlement. On 28 October 2025 the sum reached my account: 59,587.50 euros out of 69,000.50. The interest, naturally, was forfeited. Fee €2,870 plus out-of-pocket costs, VAT and the bar contribution on top, every line itemised in the estimate. Contact exclusively by email, dry in tone, no calls: clear instructions and no empty promises.”
Crypto lender: withdrawal blocked“Vexalon. Civil party, seizure, distribution. That's enough for me.”
Fake platform via call centre“Case regarding the insolvency of Kerlon Pay. My segregated assets amounting to 30347 euros were frozen by the administrator. Recovering them on my own didn't work because the German court demanded a pile of proof of the funds' origin (AML). The lawyers of this firm prepared the dossier in 3 weeks. The segregated portion was returned in full, 100%, to my account. Took off one star because the first consultation was delayed by an hour due to the queue.”
Crypto exchange: insolvency and segregated assets“It was a case involving the FCA. It all went fairly quickly. I got my £13,923. The lawyers are excellent — they knew every nuance about the fines against the firm. What I liked was that there wasn't a lot of talk, just concrete steps. One downside — your services are expensive. But the result is worth it. Maybe in the future I'll come back again, if I ever land in something like this once more.”
Forex: regulator-enforced compensation“Today a customer complains about a broker, I tell him – listen here!! I’m to blame myself, myself, held 26 thousand pounds at Goldbrook and slept through it all!! The lawyers got it all back through the English compensation fund, which pays in full below the cap, madonna mia!!”
Forex: broker collapse and FSCS fund (UK)“the payouts from Zenith Yield are going again. money came to my card yesterday thank you 🙏”
Prop-trading firm: frozen payouts“everyone turned me down cause its some decentralized exchanges. SwapPool or something like that. im old i dont get this stuff. they got 5 thousand back from the dao. ok.”
DEX: protocol exploit and recovery of funds“CySEC suspended Pelagio Credit's licence back in the summer. I'm a local, I live in Limassol, but even to me at the office they said nothing — doors shut and that was it. I turned to these guys. They forced the broker to return the money. I got the payout of €12,000 within three weeks. They work fine.”
