“A summary of the facts, for anyone after figures rather than feelings. Platform: CoinVest. Date of the asset freeze: 12.11.2024. Account balance: 64,350.50 euros. Offers to buy the tokens back at a discount were circulating on the secondary market; I chose the collective claim in London through you instead. Steps: 1) registration in the creditor pool; 2) filing of claims; 3) settlement. On 28 October 2025 the sum reached my account in full, 64,350.50 euros. The interest, naturally, was forfeited. Contact exclusively by email, dry in tone, no calls: clear instructions and no empty promises.”

“Nobel Trade are call-centre scammers. Called every single day. I took €30,000 from the family and sank it in there. The court in Bavaria convicted the director, and his property went under the hammer. Through the administrator I got €14,000 back. The firm helped file the claim in that bastard's insolvency register. Thanks at least for that — I gave the money to my wife for the kitchen renovation.”

“I'm very grateful to the team. When the VaultX exchange went bankrupt, my segregated assets (around €310,000) were stuck. Thanks to the lawyers' prompt intervention, I got the entire amount back in full, because segregated accounts didn't become part of the insolvency estate. Professional and without any fuss.”

“When the broker Alpari UK collapsed, I had £45,000 stuck there. It was a huge shock. I turned to this service for advice about the FSCS. They explained that the limit back then was up to £50,000 (it's since been raised after 2019 to £85,000). They helped me fill in all the forms for the UK compensation fund correctly. The money was fully reimbursed through the fund, but the procedure took an awful lot of time. I have no complaints about the firm itself, they work professionally.”

“(The nephew is writing this, because Uncle Stjepan can't.) My uncle says to pass on his thanks. He got mixed up in some protocol called OmniCapital, where a hacker drained the liquidity through the oracle. My uncle lost 15k euros. The lawyers somehow leaned on their DAO and got 11k back. My uncle says: 'Bought new nets for the boat, the lawyers did great, even though I didn't understand a thing.'”

“So basically the broker Fjordera blocked my account when the balance was 14,200 euros. They started demanding all these stupid documents. I came here on a colleague's recommendation (who got burned the same way). The lawyers filed a complaint with CySEC, and the regulator actually suspended their licence and ordered them to pay out. Basically the money was in my bank within three weeks. Knocked off one star because the first time round they took ages to call me back on their own.”
