“The insolvency administrator put me in the general queue with all the exchange's depositors — where they promised pennies on the euro at best. My pension top-up was sitting on that exchange. The lawyers proved that the coins were held in a separate client wallet and had never belonged to the exchange, so they were excluded from the insolvency estate. Case duration: sixteen months. €12,186 recovered out of €12,385. Twice I was given a phone appointment for a specific hour, and twice the call came through on the exact minute. I drove trains on schedule for thirty-seven years, so I know what that's worth. This is the third review of my life. Recommended.”
Crypto exchange: insolvency and segregated assets“court froze the assets on the exchange, got almost everything out. the scammers had already pulled a bit before that, oh well. written estimate before signing, no surprises at the end. thanks”
Crypto theft: court-ordered asset freeze“Retainer paid, the Halberd Funded file closed after fourteen months with no outcome. Of the €17,320 nothing came back. The work happened, the result did not.”
Forex broker: withdrawal blocked“The number came in on Viber, the voice spoke perfect Italian and the platform was called Fjordera. Behind it sat an Albanian call centre promising the moon. Then the court in Bologna ordered the gang’s property confiscated: their cars went under the hammer, and because I was a civil party with a freezing order over their assets my claim ranked ahead of the others. From the sale I received a payout of 14,700 euros. Credit to the firm’s international department. Moral: whoever rings you on Viber does not wish you well.”
Fake platform via call centre“Friends didn't believe it would work, but it did. The regulator fined the broker and ordered it to compensate clients for their losses. Carrara drew up the claim quickly, the money arrived with no delays.”
Recovery of investment funds“thnak you so much for the help with Nobel trade! i already thought my 19k were gone for good but the court ruled in my favr🙏 my little one is just starting school so this money came veeery much on time”
Forex/CFD: court-ordered restitution“Tidewell Prop had payouts frozen by order of the regulator and my 31 thousand euros disappeared with them. the firm filed a lawsuit and after payouts resumed i got my money. they took a commission but the main thing is i got it back”
Prop-trading firm: frozen payouts“When the director of the Lendora platform declared personal bankruptcy, I thought my 18,000 euros were gone for good. I work as a dispatcher for the ambulance service in Berlin, I have quite enough stress as it is. But the lawyers quickly got me onto the creditors' register, and the appointed insolvency administrator eventually distributed the funds. I got everything back to the cent. Very professional, thank you!”
Personal bankruptcy of a fraudulent director“Nobel Trade: 13,354 euros up in smoke. the call centre in the Balkans rang every day, a different voice each time, all reading the same script. the lawyers did not sue a ghost, they went looking for where those bastards' assets were already seized, and found them in a prosecutor's file in Milan. the cars went under the hammer and my share came to me from the distribution. people who do things instead of talking.”
